Nov 6th, 1974 — BC Lions quarterback Don Moorhead has the knee he injured in an Oct 19th game against the Saskatchewan Roughriders taped by team trainer Roy “Rocky” Cavallin. Normally newspapers wouldn’t be allowed to photograph something like this for fear an opposing team would know which knee to take out in the next game. The fact that Roy Cavallin was my uncle also wouldn’t have made a difference.
