October 14th, 2023 — This house at 4522 North West Marine Drive is being demolished so a new, probably much bigger house, can be built in its place. It was built in 1995 and sold for $4.5 million in October of 2021. The most recent assessment had the house itself valued at $455,000. That’s a lot of money for rubble.

4 million

September 6th, 2023 — This house in the 600 block West 28th Avenue sold recently for about $4 million and will be demolished as part of a land assembly and replaced with 12 garden homes.
